Turkey Caprese Sandwich

We love any type of Italian food. We recently enjoyed a caprese salad. My husband especially likes balsamic vinegar. So I decided to make a Turkey Caprese Sandwich.

Remember for a great sandwich, you always need fresh, quality ingredients.

Turkey Caprese Sandwich

Ciabatta bread

Pesto

Tomato

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Turkey

Mozzarella cheese

In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoon olive oil. Cut tomatoes into slices and add into bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.

Cut ciabatta bread. Spread each side with pesto. Place turkey and mozzarella cheese onto bread.

Take tomatoes out of mixture and add onto the sandwich. Close sandwich and Enjoy!
